After I went deaf it was less. Then just in the last few months, I am sleeping way too much. Last night was about 10 hours and 3 hour nap today. I...Strange that we have opposite sleep problems. I've known for years that I don't sleep much. Now that my fitbit records my awake/asleep/restless stages, I've found that I get between 2 3/4 & 3 1/2 hours of sleep a night.
